Last November, 14th, I was honoured to participate in the first edition of Madrid Mobile Summit, the european edition of the Israel Mobile Summit also known as the Mobile Monetization Summit. This event is one of the mobile apps ecosystem’s most influential events, it includes a big exhibition of leading companies, a startup arena featuring the most promising app startups of Europe and a conference in multiple tracks with founders and executives from the top app publishers in Spain and the rest of the world.
In my talk, I explained the case of Lab Cave. This is a summary: “From a start-up of just 11 people, which in less than one year grew into a workforce of 50 people, Lab Cave is a mobile games development powerhouse, now forming part of the Fibonad group. A lean and semi-automated production process, with ASO at the heart of its business strategy, Lab Cave employs innovative monetization techniques and alternative business models in new distribution channels to see them reach success. Now, we want to use all this know-how, as well as our expertise from being part of the leading European ad technology group, to help indies find their true potential in the market.
